Mandate and Description: The LSA strives to represent concerns of students in the Faculty of Law. The LSA acts as student advocacy group to the Faculty of Law on faculty-related issues. This students' association acts as the liaison between the numerous Faculty of Law clubs and the Students' Union. Our mandate is to provide various social, athletic and academic programming to the students in the Faculty of Law during the academic year. Governance Structure: The LSA has one executive. The contact information has been provided below. We have weekly meetings on Mondays at lunch to discuss various business and events that the LSA is organizing. For further information, please feel free to contact any of the LSA executive members. There is close communication and collaboration between the LSA and the faculty reprseentatives on the GFC Student Caucus and the Students' Council. LSA VP-External John Chandler is the Representative for the Faculty of Law at the Students' Council. He is in close communication with SU Representative Leslie Stitt |
